Acolyt was born within DTR (Decentralized Tech Researchers), a knowledge-sharing collective created by @ghost93_x to explore and discuss the rapidly evolving world of AI agents. Within weeks, a critical problem became apparent: AI Agent terminals were prohibitively expensive, and it was nearly impossible to determine which agents were genuine, valuable, or worth investing in. With thousands of new AI agents being launched every day, the market was flooded with noise, making it nearly impossible to identify the signal.

Seizing this opportunity, @kurorosage launched Acolyt on Virtuals as an experiment. The project immediately resonated within DTR, gaining traction and proving its potential. Seeing this success, we decided to CTO the project and take it further. The first members of the team—@kurorosage, @condzxyz, and @gpolverelli—came together to drive Acolyt’s mission forward.

From its inception, Acolyt was designed as a 100% fair launch. To ensure the project’s stability and sustainability, the founders invested personal funds to purchase tokens from the market, collectively holding around 25% of the supply. This enabled us to build a strong foundation and recruit a stellar team.

In just 15 days post-launch, Acolyt evolved into a 12-person team, featuring top-tier AI developers and visionaries. Together, we are building something truly transformative for the AI Agent ecosystem, with a clear endgame: to become the Oracle of AI agents.
